Is the Safe-to-Buy badge a legal guarantee?
No. The badge and report summarize automated scans, your disclosures, and (on Pro) a human review. Detection tools have limits, and no tool can prove for certain whether content was AI or human made. It is not legal advice and it is not a warranty.
Can AI-generated games be copyrighted?
In the US, the Copyright Office has said purely AI-generated material is not protected, while human-authored contributions, selection, arrangement, and creative edits can be. That is why the report highlights what a human made. See the Copyright Office announcement.
What can I buy: the game, or a license?
Both. Creators can offer an outright sale, an exclusive license, or a non-exclusive license. Each deal uses a template agreement you can review.
What kinds of games can I list?
Any game built with AI help that runs as a browser-playable demo, from casual web games to prototypes made with AI game creation tools or engines.
When do I pay the 10% commission?
Only when a sale or license closes. Listing is free. Early access members pay 0% on early deals.
